Description


Reporting to the Victorian based General Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:



  • Developing and supporting a network of regional tyre re sellers and local agricultural machinery manufacturers by providing stock availability, pricing, product information and promotional support.

  • Following the completion of initial product training the role will involve a large amount of travel.

  • The ideal candidate must therefore be able to achieve results with minimal supervision and be able to identify re sellers and manufactures with the highest sales potential.

  • The position is ideally suited to a self-motivated sales professional with the ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan.


Profile



  • Minimum 3 years agricultural and/or industrial sales experience

  • Year 12 or tertiary qualifications in agriculture or mechanical engineering

  • Current Drivers Licence

  • Effective time management skills

  • Ability to work strategically and prioritize activities to get results

  • Ability to build strong business relationships

  • Ability to listen, provide solutions and communicate clearly

  • Computer literate and competency using Excel and Word

  • Ability to develop and present sales presentations

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Possess a professional work ethic
