This reputable international company is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. This company has a strong operation base across both Australia and New Zealand which you will be immersed into.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new challenge. This will be a diverse role where you will assist with a variety of tasks including taking meeting minutes, preparing and generating reports, maintaining records and dictation. You will be responsible for providing pro-active, effective and timely administrative and admin systems support to the Head of Legal and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a professionally presented legal secretary with exceptional communication skills and a personable manner. You will be responsible for coordinating all documents, therefore requiring a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Previous experience as a legal secretary is crucial to your success in this role.

As the successful candidate you will have strong experience as a Legal Secretary, be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and have an adaptable approach able to work in a fast paced environment.
