Looking for an administrator to process infringement cases


This Legal Division undertakes work in the following areas: legal advice, litigation, prosecutions, legislation, portfolio governance, risk and audit, cabinet services, freedom of information, information privacy and ombudsman liaison.


Your role:



  • Manage infringement notice activities including internal review applications, official warning requests, cancelled and invalid notices and preparation of reports

  • Manage the department’s infringements database

  • Provide authoritative advice to authorised officers on a broad range of infringements related matters

  • Communicate with influence to convey specialist information and gain acceptance from staff and stakeholders

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Prosecutions team including: drafting correspondence, generating reports, data entry, records management and accounts payable

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of constructive relationships within the Branch and with other Groups of the Department and key stakeholders
