Large complex organisation looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team to oversee a new approach to measuring and managing costs to deliver improved financial outcomes.

Client Details

Our client is a complex business with a variety of service offerings. You will be working within a large finance team and be supporting many non-finance stakeholders.


The role will develop and implement policy, systems and processes in relation to cost management and a significant focus will be to partner business managers to build business capacity.


As the successful candidate you will;

  1. Extensive experience leading the delivery of cost management services in a complex medium to large organisation

  2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to deliver positive financial outcomes in a complex organisation.

  3. Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes to achieve organisational objectives.

  4. High level analytical skills, including the ability to review data, develop innovative solutions to complex problems and present recommendations.

  5. The ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships and relationships.

  6. Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare concise and accurate reports.

  7. Sound financial system skills with the ability to develop enhanced reporting systems and processes.
