Your new company
Our client is a growing logistics/importing business. As the business has been picking up more clients, the work load has grown and the company is looking to bring on a bookkeeper to handle transactional finance and payroll.
The have modern, bright offices and are located near public transportation but onsite parking is also available.




Your new role
As the office bookkeeper, you will be supporting the Finance Manager sitting within a small finance team. Your duties will include:



  • Full function accounts payable

  • Full function accounts receivable

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Credit card payments and reconciliations

  • Month end preparation

  • Weekly and monthly payroll

  • Ad hoc admin duties




What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience who wants to take ownership of the full functions of accounting within a busy office.
You will ideally have an accounting qualification and experience with SAP or similar accounting systems.
An excellent capability in Excel is essential as well as an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to communicate with management/employees at all levels of the business.
