One of the world’s leading manufacturing organisation who have over 50 years presence in the Australian market. Reputable for providing their staff with excellent working conditions have an opening for a professional Accounts Payable Analyst to join their accounts team on a part time basis.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager you will be joining a successful, fast paced team who collaborate successfully to exceed expectations. Duties will include:

  • High volume of invoice processing

  • Assisting with invoicing queries via phone and email

  • Intercompany transactions

  • Bank, Credit and Cheque reconciliations

  • Assisting in financial or general ledger enquires

  • Assistance with monthly reporting

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have lots of experience using SAP & Excel

  • Be a very confident communicator with great interpersonal skills

  • Be a self-starter who shows great initiative

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Strong attention to detail
