Exciting Permanent Opportunity for a Project Administrator. $60,000 + super. Rozelle

This reputable Charity provides support and develops programs for individuals going through mental health issues.

Your new role
As the Project Administrator you will provide high level, professional and efficient project administration support to the Executive team. The duties include but are not limited to: project support, client and database management, events management, organisation of monthly meetings with additional administrative support required. You will also be required to assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures, as well as building and maintaining external and internal relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
This fast paced role would suit a well organised, strong project focused individual who is efficient, has an eye for detail and enjoys managing multiple priorities, utilising sound judgement, discretion and initiative. Superior organisational skills are vital, with the ability to prioritise high volumes of work against critical deadlines. Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse statistical information, provide sound advice, and recommendations. As the successful candidate you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role as well as intermediate to advanced skill using MS Office.
