Your new company
Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Bendigo having a depth of experience in a number of fields which include education, property & building, regional developments, transport and water. Due to major growth over the past year (with no sign of this growth slowing down!) and a highlight on premium customer service, they are now looking to take a further step forward by offering their clients full surveying services in-house. This is a permanent position for a natural leader.

Your new role
Initially you will be responsible for carrying out structural engineering and client management on a range of commercial, industrial and residential projects. As well as the hands on engineering, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships. As the business grows so will you and therefore you will also oversee regular performance reviews and work closely with other senior managers and the company CEO to ensure targets and timelines are met.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be eligible to apply for this role it is essential you have full working rights in Australia, excellent all-round communication skills, be self-driven with a sense of commercial acumen and extensive experience working on similar Victorian projects as stated above. You must also have around five years plus experience as a structural engineer. You will mainly work on steel and concrete design and will be able to use Spacegass and Etabs.
