This friendly and vibrant Photography Company in the Eastern suburbs is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team. Working predominately within the real estate industry, the company prides themselves on their professionalism and creativity to produce results of the highest quality for their clients. Due to a recent vacancy, the team are looking for an enthusiastic individual to come on board for an immediate start.

Your new role
Working alongside the Office Manager, the role will be focused on performing high levels of customer service to clients and stakeholders alike. The duties of the role will revolve around receiving inbound calls and emails to manage the diaries of the photographers, ensuring their schedules are organised ahead of time. It will also include some ad hoc administration where required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your experience in this area. Your outstanding written communication is also required to ensure that correspondence with staff and clients are clear and concise. You will be enthusiastic and thrive in a close-knit team environment, but be able to work autonomously where required.
