Your new role
Drawing upon your clinical subject matter expertise, you will lead the Education Development team to deliver a quality, evidence-based education offering.


As an experienced leader, you’ll confidently manage and develop an interdisciplinary team. You will additionally be responsible for the design and delivery of an education value proposition.


The key responsibilities will include:



  • Provide subject matter and clinical expertise;

  • Undertake performance management processes;

  • Identify and promote opportunities for staff development;

  • Partner with external stakeholders to develop content for the education offering;

  • Develop new education proposals shaped by current research;

  • Liaise with marketing team to drive program engagement;

  • Provide regular reporting on the performance of the education offerings; and

  • Maintain own subject matter expertise in order to continuously offer evidence based and up to date content.




What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates will be excited by the opportunity to undertake a diverse role where leadership and clinical expertise combine to provide an invaluable offering to the community.


As a tertiary qualified Psychologist, Social Worker or Counselor with experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, grief, crisis or bereavement you will be able to demonstrate:



  • Subject matter expertise and a commitment to evidence based practice;

  • Team leadership experience including supervision, performance management and mentorship;

  • Experience facilitating, designing and leading training;

  • High organisation skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; and

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.




Experience in learning design, working knowledge of RTOs or experience working for a Member Association will be highly regarded.
