Permanent IT Service Management Analyst opportunity in Geelong CBD. ASAP start. Two roles available.

We are currently seeking to appoint two (2) experienced IT Service Management Analyst’s into permanent ongoing roles in Geelong CBD.

Your new role
As part of the Service Management Office, you will work closely with all parts of the IT Division as well as the wider organisation. The SMO holds responsibility for the governance of ITIL v3 processes used by ICT staff.

In this role, you will support the organisation’s ITSM activities with your primarily focus being ITIL v3 Service Transition and Service Operation. You will adopt a SME role for one of three process groups, developing and monitoring relevant KPIs as well as maintaining procedural governance for your area of responsibility.

What you'll need to succeed
To be selected for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary or Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered)

  • Previous experience developing and implementing ITSM processes in a large, complex environment

  • Experience supporting multiple ITSM processes

  • Experience developing organisational KPIs for ITSM processes

  • Experience developing and implementing Continual Service Improvement initiatives.

  • ITIL v3 certification (ideally Intermediate level or above)

  • Ability to communicate effectively and to develop strong and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Further experience with ServiceNow or experience with data modelling, data analytics, database structures or statistical modelling will be highly regarded.

Please note: Infrequent work outside business hours is required (e.g. work at evening or weekend events is required).
