About the role…
As the Domain Architect – Strategic Accounts, you will play a critical pre-sales role on behalf of Optus Business (OB) which involves direct engagement with our customers to deliver cutting-edge Telco and ICT focused solutions. You will collaborate with other ICT SMEs to develop solutions which consist of multiple technologies to address clients and prospects business needs in a converged ICT services market.
To be an instant success in the role, you will have a pre-sales background that has specialised in Networks and Contact Centre solutions and plays a key role in the sales engagement process, driving both customer experience and financial outcomes through providing technical expertise during the pre-sales phase.
Additionally, your role also provides a key link between the sales and professional services delivery teams - including ownership of solution clarification and scope changes during implementation. You will have significant experience in consultative and creative solution selling and experience in developing solutions that meet customer requirements.
