If you are interested in taking on casual roles as a Food & Beverage customer experience team member working in either our Bistro and/or Functions team then please read on. Previous experience, is a mandatory requirement along with a current RSA certificate.

You will be known for your bubbly personality and great work ethic. You take great pride in your appearance, like selling, enjoy working in a fast paced team environment and are very coachable due to your keenness to keep learning. This is important as we expect a lot from ourselves and our team and are constantly striving to improve in everything we do.
You must be available to work during the week, nights and weekends. In addition, there is an expectation that you will be available to work on New Years Eve and all other major Race Events throughout the year.
