Your new role
This reception role will require you to:



  • Answer incoming calls

  • Meet and greet customers, clients and stakeholders

  • Respond efficiently to email and web-based communication

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail

  • General administration duties on an ad-hoc basis

  • Maintain a clean and tidy front office






What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in this reception job you will need:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Professional presentation

  • Experience within a fast paced office environment

  • The ability to work autonomously

  • Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office systems

  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
