Your new role
You will be responsible for leading and managing the IT service delivery team, as well as technical support personnel and account managers. You will manage direct reports daily activities, define requirements for new services, manage service delivery and maintain service level agreements (SLA's). You will ensure that correct procedures are followed to manage problems, escalate issues and implement effective quality assurance. You will have a passion for delivering a high quality service and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
