Your new company
Your new job will be within a Government agency branch located in Wollongong. Due to multiple ongoing initiatives they require an IT Helpdesk support professional to assist with their Information technology and digital services.
Your new role
You will be required to provide initial employee support for technical inquiries received via phone, email, and messaging applications. Assess the nature of problems and resolve basic support issues. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops, desktops, tablets, and/or smartphones. Log or record support tickets and/or cases. For more complex issues, transfer internal customers to second-level Help Desk Technicians.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be part of a highly enthusiastic team within a busy Government agency so experience in the Government sector is highly regarded. You must be able to demonstrate an in depth understanding of Service desk technologies. You will also be required to process the following skills.
