About the role
Based in our brand new display centres, these roles will have you assisting prospective and existing customers with their enquiries face to face and following up on leads via telephone and email.
Maintaining displays at the permanent centre, you may also attend local home shows and other events to promote the Geostone product as required.
Further to this you will need to build relationships with local certified installers to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered.
While experience in the construction or concrete industry would be an advantage, you will need highly developed customer service experience with the ability to work a rotating 7 day roster.
A relevant trade background would add weight to your application but more important is your ability to deliver solutions to customers and build relationships with stakeholders.
Working 20-30 hours a week, this role would suit those looking to enter semi-retirement or those with other commitments that prevent them from working full time.
