We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 40,000 km of road. Our Business is involved in many exciting ventures within the civil road industry throughout the country.

Reporting to the Traffic Services Manager we are seeking an Administrator (Traffic Rosters) to join our team. You will play an important role in the delivery of administrative duties utilising your rostering/scheduling exposure to assist in the co-ordination of traffic control operations for construction, roadwork, event management and all other affiliated clients.

Ideally you will have exposure to working in the traffic industry but we will also consider candidates with rostering/scheduling experience who wish to expand their knowledge.  

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration gained at a similar level; preferably in construction or traffic background.
  • Exposure to Manstat (highly desirable)
  • Accurate processing of high volume documentation and records management
  • Working knowledge and understanding of traffic industry (highly desirable)
  • An understanding of the procedures surrounding permit application for road construction industry or similar (highly desirable)
  • Dealing with and processing confidential information
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate information quickly, identifying issues and formulates conclusions based on good judgement, experience and common sense.
  • Proficient skills in Word and Excel
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment
