The Company




An excellent opportunity to work with a leading equipment company with offices Australia wide.


Our client are looking for multiple experienced Customer Service Representatives for permanent roles in their call centre. The role involves monitoring/ actioning the email queries from customers.




The working hours would be between 8.00am – 4.20pm, Monday to Friday.




They are based south of the river and have free parking on site.




Salary: $50,000 + Super










The Role / Duties









  • Responsible for all interactions with customers over email







  • Generating quotes for customer and processing orders







  • Solving problems and answering any complaints and escalating if necessary







  • Responding to a high volume of emails per day







  • Meeting KPI’s








 






Ideal Skills & Experience




Someone who can comfortably address and demonstrate the following key abilities:









  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in a call centre or order processing environment (ESSENTIAL)







  • Must have experience dealing with a high volume of email queries







  • Strong customer service experience









  • Experience with order taking and complaint resolution







  • Must be available to start on Monday 23rd April







  • MUST have own car (public transport not accessible)
