Your new role
Providing support to Partners and Associates. Your key duties will include but not limited to:


Dictaphone typing
Diary management
Estate planning
Taking minutes of a meeting
Collating correspondence
Monthly billings
Liaising with clients
General file management




What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and pro-active work ethic. You will be able to prioritise work, work autonomously and have excellent communication skills. You will have previous Legal Secretary experience and posses excellent communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to support multiple lawyers, as well as work to tight deadlines.


You will also have strong typing skills and be able to consistently demonstrate a strong attention to detail, as well as be proficient in MS Word use.
