Client Details

Our client is one of the largest automotive businesses globally, providing quality vehicles around the world. They are looking for a friendly, motivated administration assistant to join their established team.


As a fundamental member of the Admin team, key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the general enquiries for the business, screening inbound emails;

  • Organise and maintain the internal database on a daily basis;

  • Formatting documents and contracts for both customers and staff;

  • Coordinate, manage and organise both internal and external events; and

  • Perform ad hoc duties upon immediate request.


  • Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative role;

  • Strong interest in the automotive industry, mechanical knowledge will be a bonus but not required;Will be confident working as a part of an organised team structure;

  • On a technical level, you will be confident across Microsoft Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel;

  • Will be confident in your abilities, taking control of a demanding role from day one; and

  • High attention to detail, due to your input being constantly accessed across the business.
