About the role

This Development Professional role offersa unique opportunity to work across the full development process oncomplex, mixed-use projects. One development is currently at the end of theconstruction phase with a focus on sales, whilst another development is in theearly stages, meaning involvement in detailed design and pre-constructionactivities. This role is a great opportunity to apply past skills and growwithin a new role as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring projects arescoped, designed and delivered in accordance with the business strategy andvision
  • Support project delivery toensure schedule, revenue and cost objectives are met.
  • Assist with control andmonitoring of development budgets.
  • Assist with procurement andpayment of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist with monitoring market andcompetitor activity to maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide support to DevelopmentManagers on current and prospective projects including assisting in writingapproval submissions.
  • Undertake or participate in adhoc small projects as required.
