The opportunity to play an influential role in this dynamic environment and contribute to the success of Bankwest has become available in our Key Process Management team who are responsible for documenting and maintaining our Key Processes in accordance with the Key Process Management Framework. The team also works closely with Activity Owners, Risk teams and Subject Matter Experts across Bankwest to monitor process health, provide governance support, guidance and insight.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Key Process Management you will play a vital role, ensuring through documenting the end to end Key Processes, we have a baseline from which teams can build from to achieve our strategic objectives around simplicity. By supporting active governance of our Key Processes, and evidencing the Risk and Control environment within them, the role supports Bankwest in growing sustainably In addition, you will have oversight of changes made to Key Processes allowing Bankwest to make risk aware improvement decisions whilst building trusted relationships through exceptional customer experiences.
