Customer Service Role

Your new company
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a local government organisation that provides integral services to the public. Working in a supportive team environment based in the Inner West you’ll be the first point of contact for in-bound enquiries.
Your new role
You will play a key role for all inbound telephone calls whilst referring customers to other departments if appropriate. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment dealing with extensive and varied enquiries, coordinating bookings and resolving customer complaints. You will also be required to carry out any ad-hoc administration.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you need excellent communication skills; a passion for providing an excellent level of service at all times and have preferably had work in the public sector previously, although this isn’t essential.
Please note this role requires an immediate start and you must be available immediately to interview.

What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a fantastic pay rate of $26.21 per hour + Super in return for excellent working hours of Monday to Friday as well as joining a cultivated and vibrant team environment!
