Reason for this role:
Infrastructure & Operations will drive a business partner centric service delivery model with teams structured around how services are consumed. Integral to the success of this model is the Service Owner role. Service Owner works in partnership with Group Technology customers to build a deep understanding of their needs and delivers an industry leading and best in breed service strategy.
As game-changing technologist, the Service Owner is:
Accountable for the technology portfolio service vision and the service strategy alignment with Group Technology strategy and Group standards
Accountable for service planning, service forecasting, service delivery, service level management and service optimisation
Accountable for the achievement of business and financial objectives linked to the services
Accountable for compliance with operational service delivery commitments with partners, vendors and third party suppliers, including cross-functional service obligations, to ensure business outcomes are achieved
