Call Centre Representative

Are you an experience Customer Service Representative looking for your next part time position within a busy call centre 1 day per week?

Client Details

Our client is a leading provider in the Utilities Industry. Based South of the River, this organisation is looking for a call auditor to join their growing team on a part time basis.


This position will include but is not limited to:

  • Auditing high volume calls throughout the call centre

  • Assessing the quality of calls

  • Identifying where potential issues may occur throughout a call

  • Inputting data to ensure correction can be made to the calls

  • Record outcomes via in house system


The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience. Also required:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Ability to identify errors

  • Admin background

Job Offer

The successful candidate is offered a competitive hourly rate as well as flexibility in shifts worked. Also included is the opportunity to continue past the 1 month contract over the winter.
