MOBILE PATROL OFFICERS

THE POSITION

We are currently seeking Mobile Patrol Officers who have proven experience within a similar role and thrive on the ever-changing dynamic of working within the mobile patrols environment. The Mobile Patrol Officer role is a challenging and rewarding role, and requires outstanding time management skills and the desire to deliver a premium service to our reputable customers across the Brisbane/ Ipswich area. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to remote alarm activations in a marked, fully equipped vehicle within a geographical area, in accordance with a specified time frame on the guidance of our National Operations Centre

  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances

  • Attend to all reports of unauthorised access, antisocial behaviour and/or damage to resolve the issue immediately or assess whether the issue warrants elevation

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences

  • Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries

  • Problem identification and resolution.

     

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
    To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

  • Current Security License and valid First Aid Certificate;

  • Proven previous Security Officer Experience (Preferred);

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);

  • Basic computer skills;

  • Professional personal presentation;

  • Proven experience in conflict resolution;

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports ;

  • Must have a valid Driver’s Licence;

  • Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical;

  • Ability to walk, stand and drive for long periods of time.

  • Driver/Traffic History provided by Dept of Transport.
