Your new company
Your new company offers a warm and welcoming work environment built on a strong established reputation in the Property Development market. You will be in the CBD of Melbourne and working amongst a team of Property professionals who take pride in the quality of their projects.
Your new role
You new role is a six month contract providing high level Personal EA support to a senior Director for three days per week. You will assist with diary management, extensive travel coordination, reporting, document formatting, account reconciliation, event management and all additional Personal support responsibilities. This role will see you providing remote support to the Director as well as providing support his team while he is away on business. Your days will be varied with a combination of executive support and personal errands for your Director.
What you'll need to succeed
First and foremost, you must have recent EA experience at a senior level, ideally within the Property or Construction industry. The suited candidate will possess a 'no-fuss' approach to their work with a resilient yet charismatic personality. You will need to be comfortable providing remote support and working autonomously at times.
