Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.

HCA is seeking an experienced Sales Administration Assistant to join our Construction Equipment Sales team located at our Corporate Support office in Dandenong, Melbourne.

 

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Maintaining sales and equipment records
  • Assisting in the preparation of quotes and tenders
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Processing equipment transfers and loans
  • Coordinating shipping and customs clearance of machines
  • Maintaining the customer database
  • Providing support to CSG and branch sales teams

 

To be successful you will possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills

 

Previous experience in a Construction Equipment Sales department (or similar) would be advantageous.
