One of my longest standing clients – a boutique, custom home builder is on the look out for a motivated, proactive Construction Administrator / Admin Officer to assist with a range of duties within the business.


The Company


This company have an outstanding reputation within the construction space for delivering unmatched quality with builds ranging from $500k - $1mil +. They have a no ego, friendly culture.


Location:


Inner North Subburbs


The Role


You will be far from just a number and assist across reception duties (limited), follow up with suppliers, approvals, contract preparation, dealing with final certificates, general office coordination and basic CA duties.


Additional prerequisites;



  • Residential construction knowledge (process)

  • Experienced within the building / construction sector is essential

  • Ability to read and interpret plans

  • Organised and accurate

  • Computer literate

  • Long-term career minded
