My client is looking for an Operations Manager that will be reporting into the Technical Manager and Supervisors whilst they are out in the field. This person will be responsible for all operational administration relating to field and technical operations.
You will be communicating with the field staff and therefore my client is looking for someone who is organised and is able to manage themselves to meet conflicting deadlines and tasks. As well as this you will be providing administrative support to senior technical managers, including updates of database, installation/ removal or re-locations and updating the companies accounting system.
You will be taught how to use the organisations accounting systems and will therefore be responsible for job costing for a range of operational tasks as well as checking monthly contractor reports and invoicing.

The role allows to work autonomously and develop your skills independently. The office based in Alexandria is also going through an refurbishment upgrade.
