Operations Administrator


The Organisation


My client is a internationally recognised media and community facilities organisations that operate across the whole of Australia as well as $60 countries. They have a principled approach to business and an in-depth understanding of audiences and client needs as well as industry-leading research, development and innovation teams that work to continually evolve their range of out-of-home, transit and technology offerings.


The Role


My client is looking for an Operations Manager that will be reporting into the Technical Manager and Supervisors whilst they are out in the field. This person will be responsible for all operational administration relating to field and technical operations.


You will be communicating with the field staff and therefore my client is looking for someone who is organised and is able to manage themselves to meet conflicting deadlines and tasks. As well as this you will be providing administrative support to senior technical managers, including updates of database, installation/ removal or re-locations and updating the companies accounting system.


You will be taught how to use the organisations accounting systems and will therefore be responsible for job costing for a range of operational tasks as well as checking monthly contractor reports and invoicing.


Key Requirements



  • Expert knowledge using Microsoft packages including Excel

  • Strong understanding of Excel formula's and analytics

  • Clean driving license

  • Have experience working within an office/ admin environment

  • High quality of both written and spoken communication

  • High levels of customer services

  • Organisation and able to work autonomously

  • Team player
