What you will be doing?
If you’re looking for visible achievements you can stamp your name on and a bustling territory you can really call your own, you’re in luck. We’re offering you a unique opportunity to get your hands on a territory, Covering Darwin, Katherine & Alice Springs and working with market leading brands.
You will be responsible for the customers in a unique territory, maximising sales for both our Grocery and Impulse channels. You will proactively manage Nestlé’s relationships, execute store specific plans that meet the objectives of both Nestlé and our retail partners.
A key focus for the Impulse channel will be to grow the existing territory by actively seeking New Business Prospects, working closely with major P&C MSO groups and Wholesalers to grow sales within the channel. A great opportunity to manage a territory as if it was your own business.
You will manage a team of merchandisers within the grocery channel, to maximise sales results by ensuring our products are always available and continually seek new opportunities to maximise our in store visibility. A key part of this role will be to coach and develop the existing team to achieve a high level of execution.
The successful applicant will have exceptional communication & organisational skills, working 2.5 days in Impulse and 2.5 days in Grocery per week.
Above all you are driven and hungry to meet and exceed your sales targets.

This position requires a current driver’s license and package includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet.
