Your new organisation
This national not-for-profit organisation provides essential community support services to those in need. They are currently recruiting for a Support Facilitator for a 12 month fixed term contract position in Katherine.

Your new role
As a Support Facilitator you will work to actively engage with participants and their networks to facilitate their improved wellbeing through connection with services and better coordinated and integrated service delivery. You will support participants to test their eligibility for the NDIS and will assist in successfully transitioning them onto the scheme.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you should have a tertiary qualification in health/human services/social sciences or equivalent. You will need to have demonstrated experience in applying recovery principles within mental health and should have some knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

What you'll get in return
This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of further extension. A salary of $64,740.08 plus super and salary sacrificing is on offer for the successful candidate. A relocation bonus or reimbursed flights may also be on offer the right candidate.
