Your new company
You will be working for an upcoming SME who are also an ASX listed company who specialize in covering the industries such as mining, marine, retail and consultancy businesses.




Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director the core duties of this position include full function Accounts Payable and Receivables, co-ordinate billing requirements for clients and customers, debtor follow up, financial support with operational and Capital Projects. The accounting package used here is MYOB. You will also be doing high level administration support including diary management, coordinating meetings, travel and accommodation and adhoc reporting work.




What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have experience operating at a Finance Officer level with Administration . In addition it is essential that you possess strong attention to detail and effective communication skills liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will also have experience using MYOB and it is advantageous if you have experience using XERO. Please be advised candidates who do not have experience using MYOB will not be considered for this role.
