The Company
Our client is one of the world's leaders in the industrial / commercial capital equipment industry. They manufacture, supply and service a wide range of equipment solutions which cater the manufacturing, food & beverage, council, corporate, logistics, healthcare and warehouse / logistic markets. They have offices around the world and have a very strong and well-respected name. Currently they are looking to engage a Field Service Technician.
The Opportunity
Your role will be responsible to provide technical on-site service to a portfolio of accounts. You will work to repair, maintain and manage your clients equipment as per their service agreements as well as any booked jobs received through the customer service team You will be visiting clients such as food & beverage, councils, retail, warehousing and logistics to name a few. You will respond to all call-outs with speed, accuracy & professionalism to ensure their name in the industry remains the best.
  • 2-5 Years technical experience (mechanical, electrical) within any related sector.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and reporting skills.
  • Excellent presentation, self-motivated and reliable.
  • Qualifications (Trade, Degree, Diploma) preferred but not essential.
  • Current & valid driver's license
