Your Role

Join our high performing Nowra team as a Facilities Manager where you will play an instrumental role in driving the success of the centres daily operations. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible ensuring the centre remains well maintained, sustainable and that the highest level of safety and customer service is consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Centre Manager to roll out the strategic and operational direction, whilst containing expenditure within budget
  • Coordinate and manage all contractor relationships and supply chain, ensuring agreed standards of service delivery are met
  • Managing the de-fit and fit-out process, liaising closely with tenants and retailers
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, retailers and industry groups
  • About You

    To be successful, you will be an action-oriented individual looking for the next challenge in their facilities career. Additionally, you will also have:

  • Prior experience in Facilitie s Management within the retail environment
  • Strong client service focus coupled with excellent communication skills allowing you to build effective working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail is a must
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated with the ability to show initiative and proactively problem solve as required
  • A trade qualification with first-aid is desired but necessary
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and legislative compliance requirements with an ability to effectively mitigate risk
