Our client, who have large office facilities are seeking a Facilities Manager to be responsible for organising general building maintenance, office fit-outs, meeting building facility compliance, asset management and tending to the requirements of office staff.
Your new role
As the Facilities Manager, using your previous management experience, you will be responsible for the operation of the site, ensuring all health and safety requirements and compliance standards are met. You will ensure all maintenance complies with company regulations, and assess long term maintenance plans. It will be your responsibility to ensure any maintenance work is carried out within the agreed timeline, guaranteeing the operational running of the company.
