Within a visionary and supportive organisation, you will be the Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) where you will be accountable for the provision of high quality and timely support and advice to the CEO of the Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN). The Women’s and Children’s Hospital offers fantastic professional development opportunities and the chance to be part of a service that really makes a difference. The core focus of this role is to provide effective, efficient and confidential administrative, ministerial coordination and research support services, which will involve the preparation of reports, briefing notes, and data collection and analysis to assist with the resolution of complex and sensitive issues.
Bringing proven experience working in a similar tole, you will possess demonstrated competence in effectively dealing with senior staff and Executives, reflecting a high level of written and verbal communications skills. Your experience in arranging and providing high level support for meetings, conferences and functions will complement exceptional organisation skills, alongside the ability to meet stringent deadlines, perform well under pressure and manage demanding work requirements. Able to work with a high degree of independence and determine priorities, you will have the ability to pro-actively identify problems and issues and exercise initiative and sound judgement in formulating and implementing solutions and actions. A successful track record managing Ministerial correspondence will also hold you in good stead for this role.
