*Fixed term, full-time appointment (5 years)Join the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Global Strategy) portfolio and contribute to the overall achievement of the University`s International Strategic Plan and Global Strategy. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Global Strategy) portfolio consists of the International Engagement and Coordination Unit (IEC), the Transnational Education & Alliances Unit (TNE) and Corporate Engagement. The portfolio enhances the University`s global positioning and international capability through the centralised management of transnational education partners and related education programs, contractual agreements and related negotiations with current and prospective international partners, management of global student mobility and international sponsorship. The Executive Director, Global works collaboratively with all faculties, off-shore delivery sites, international partners and agencies and senior executive of the University, to identify and manage strategic opportunities that will enhance the University`s international offerings. The position also engages extensively with local and global business in order to achieve the University`s strategies.
