Your new company
This environmental Non-for-Profit organisation are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO for a temporary 4 week contract based in Melbourne's CBD.


Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, emails, producing correspondence, travel arrangements, organising conferences, booking meetings and catering. You will also be required to complete general administration tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly including invoicing and expenses.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need to have strong attention to detail, have a solid work ethic, be able to work in a small team and be extremely confident in using MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point


What you'll get in return
$30 - $33 per hour + super
