This busy government department has an exciting opportunity, for an experienced Executive Assistant, to support a director, on a temporary basis.

Your new role
In this role you will provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the organisation’s director. Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Diary & email management

  • Booking travel

  • Coordinating meetings and minute taking

  • Staff management

  • Managing correspondence

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you’ll have prior EA experience supporting management in a similar high-pressure role, preferably within Government. You will have exceptional organisational skills, strong decision-making abilities, and will be highly flexible. You will have polished and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Additionally, you will be able to multitask effectively, have a thorough understanding of workplace confidentiality and will have a positive, can-do attitude.
