Your new role
Your new role as an Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing Executive Assistant support to the Chief HR Manager on a maternity leave contract for approximately 10 months.
You will be required to liaise with senior stakeholders within the organisation and will be responsible for overseeing and finalising highly confidential and personal information.
On a day to day basis you will be required to organize and maintain diary management, organize travel and booking arrangements upon request, conducting phone screens and directing phone calls, setting up meeting rooms, overseeing and finalising minutes from board members, monitoring workflow of the Administrative Assistant and volunteers as well as attending to senior administrative tasks including maintaining email correspondence and generating reports upon direction, as well implementing client information using various data bases.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position it is required you have relevant experience working in a similar position as a Personal assistant or Executive Assistant within an office environment.
As this roles requires multiple responsibilities and duties it is integral you possess outstanding time management and multi tasking skills.
The right candidate will also have strong communication abilities both written and verbal and will have the skill to build rapport and liaise with all stake holders internally and externally.
You will also be a professional individual with excellent personal presentation with the motive to create a recognized and reputable within the organisation.
