An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant looking to step up OR an experienced Executive Assistant to join their high performing team in stunning Inner West offices boasting an onsite gym and free food!

You will support the Head of Legal with EA duties and the wider team with Administration support (3 others). You will put to use your exceptional problem solving skills and resilience to ensure the Head of Legal is able to fulfill her role to the best of her capabilities.

In this entrepreneurial environment no task is too big or small for anyone and people are challenged to make changes for the better. Broadly, your duties will include:

  • Proactive management of email correspondence to the General Counsel - In particular, filling of emails; responding to, or flagging urgent enquires
  • Diary management for General Counsel & Group Diary
  • Preparation of reports and presentations (to board level)
  • Engagement and correspondence with global partners and senior internal stakeholders
  • Act with absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Manage meeting arrangements including room bookings (and testing technology)
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required

Essential Skills & Expertise:

This opportunity will suit someone who has experience as an EA or a Team Assistant in a fast-paced environment, is able todemonstrate a strong "can do" attitude and takes pride in their work regardless of how big or small the task is.

You will:

  • Any industry background considered
  • Experience in a Team Assistant/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent attention to detail, resilience and business savvy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Strong MS Office skills including Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Adaptable to change and an entrepreneurial business approach
