What youll be doing
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly team working with aged, work cover and post-acute clients in the Maitland area.

Reporting to the Team Leader, our ENs play a critical role in providing nursing services and personal care to our clients. They are responsible for providing assistance to each client in accordance with their service plan and as directed by the Registered Nurse as well as assisting in monitoring the safety and well-being of clients and showing commitment to best practice and clinical excellence whilst ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.

This is a casual position with flexible working hours and requires the successful incumbent to have a current and valid Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle to be able to deliver nursing services to our clients within their homes.

What you bring:

To be successful, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Current EN certification, first aid certificate and a nurses board registration with APHRA
-Nursing/clinical experience preferably within the aged/disability/community sector
-Demonstrated ability to assess and develop strategies to support clients requiring assistance and provide clinical care as delegated by the Registered Nurse
-Proficiency using MS Office and the ability to learn/adapt to new systems
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
-Commitment to work within Calvarys vision and mission

An understanding of Community Nursing Guidelines and Programs will be highly regarded
