Working as an integral part of our highly effective andfriendly team you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions end to end mainly over the phone and email
  • Placing and processing orders
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure customer service levels are met
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution
  • Building great relationships with your customer
  • Complying with company procedures and policies and attaining correct certification.

As our successful applicant youwill possess previous experience and strong knowledge of theelectrical industry. You will ideally have previous customerservice experience or internal sales experience ideally within acall centre or retail environment. You will take pride inhaving a strong work ethic and the ability to have high attentionto detail in every task you tackle. You will possess a“can-do” attitude and exceptional communication skills.It will be your passion for customer satisfaction that will see youexcel in this amazing opportunity.
