The Role:

The role is for a Bachelor qualified ECT to lead the Toddlers Room. This is an ideal position for a strong teacher who can uphold the organisation's vision of high quality education and care for the children. It is a fulltime permanent role with 3 hours non-contact programming time and a monthly RDO.

You must be have proven experience in a Room Leader role and be confident in building positive relationships with colleagues, families and the children.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Current First Aid, NSW WWCC, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Certified Supervisor certificate
  • Experience as a Room Leader
  • Confident in creating and implementing programs in line with the EYLF and the NQF
  • Nurturing and approachable nature
