This pivotal role in the residential development team is responsible for allnewly acquired assets concentrating on design, development, planning through tolaunch of the project. This Development Manager role is focused ondriving outcomes on two projects within our growing Apartments portfolio thatare currently in early stages of development. As such you’ll have theopportunity to really impact the final products that we’ll be bringing tomarket. Reporting to and partnering with the Senior Development Manager, yourresponsibilities include:
Degree qualified in a property related discipline, you will have prior experience in adevelopment capacity with specific experience in mixed use residential andapartment projects. With demonstrated business acumen you have the ability toassess the financial benefits and risks of the projects you are working on. Youknow the importance of teamwork and have thecapability to empower the resources around you tostrive for excellence in all you do as we drive the project towardsdelivery.
Additionally you will have strong strategic and operational ability, commercialacumen and problem solving skills.
