Desktop Support Officer

Our client is a leading global organisation based in the CBD. Due to a period continued growth they are currently looking to add a professional Desktop Support Officer to their team in Perth.
Your new role
In this customer service driven role you will act as the first point of contact for end user queries both locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will be confident providing Level 2 support over the phone, remotely and in person. You will be required to take ownership of customer queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role is extremely customer service focuses and requires somebody who is personable and has exceptional communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you will be required to build effective relationships with customers. Technically you will have strong troubleshooting skills and be experienced with Win 7, 8 and 10, AD, Exchange and MS Office. Previous experience in an internal IT environment will be highly regarded.
