We are looking forData Sales Specialists, who will take our clients on a Data & IP journey.
About the Role
As a Data Sales Specialist, you will engage with our clients to ensure that the Optus Data portfolio including Evolve, Uecomm and other Managed Data products are well represented as a portion of Optus Business’ (OB) total sales. As part of Optus Business, you'll be part of a successful and passionate team, who are all about creating a climate that encourages our people to achieve their best. The role will involve being a real evangelist for Data & IP products and services and you’ll have full responsibility for developing, maintaining and winning new business for Optus Business in the region. This role will be highly collaborative and you will work closely with Optus Business Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors, to ensure a constant pipeline of training and sales, to meet Data & IP segment targets.
What does success look like?
You will be a subject matter expert with Data and IP Products and services and have a natural passion for advocating their benefits to our client’s businesses. You'll be very comfortable with a high level of client relationship and engagement typically at the "C" level. Strong planning skills and an ability to create and execute strategy and innovative problem solving for solution development will see you meet your customers 'real needs'. By offering effective strategies and by signing new business and increasing billed revenue and profitability of revenue, you will win - both personally and professionally!

Your strong business acumen will be augmented by superior presentation, communication and influencing skills.
