Administrator role working for a supportive environment, starting ASAP covering a maternity leave contract

This well known and respected household brand has a global presence in the Retail space, and a solid reputation for delivering excellent service and products. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a strong marketing administrator to join their busy Promotions team.

Your new role
An experienced administrator with good organisational skills, you will be required to prepare reports on a daily basis, monitor competitor’s advertisement, create catalogue layouts and check off all artwork provided from marketing agency. On top of this you will be required to support the teams with any general administration duties such as drafting of documents, scanning and filing of invoices and updating the company database.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked in a similar role and have experience of working within Promotions or Retail will put you at a distinct advantage. Due to the nature of the role you must have minimum 5000 key strokes per hour and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with various clients and customers.
